She has a special place in her heart for children with additional needs and those who face challenging circumstances, and her calm, nurturing, and empathetic approach makes her a natural fit for helping children feel safe and supported.
In addition to the guidance that Jess provides to K-2 children and their classroom teachers, her professional experience offers outstanding opportunities to families and early educators as they prepare children for the social, emotional and learning demands of primary school.

She believes in the power of collaboration and works closely with educators and therapists, ensuring that the support she provides in the classroom or playground is seamlessly integrated into each child’s daily life. By facilitating connection between families, clinicians, preschools and schools, she helps create opportunities for every child in her care to shine.
