Career Opportunity:

Speech Pathologist

Paediatric Speech Pathologist | Brookvale, Sydney

You change kids’ lives for the better – but right now, you’re looking for more.

More time to do your job well.
More connection with families.
More collaboration with people who genuinely care.
More meaning, and less burnout.

Maybe you are working in an environment where the caseload feels too heavy and the support too light.
Maybe you are working more independently than you would like and missing the energy of a team.
Or maybe you have simply outgrown your current role and are ready for a fresh start in a practice that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

If that sounds familiar, you may be just who we’re looking for.

What you want in your next role matters.

You want to:

  • Work in a setting where therapy is personal, not pressured

  • Build meaningful relationships with children and their families

  • Have the support of senior colleagues who care about your growth

  • Be part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team where collaboration happens every day

  • Feel like your work matters – and be recognised for the contribution you make

At Kids First Children’s Services, we understand that. We have designed this role with speech pathologists like you in mind.

Why Kids First?

Kids First Children’s Services is a long-established, award-winning paediatric practice based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Since 2007, our multidisciplinary team has supported thousands of children and families. Over that time, we have built a strong local reputation for clinical excellence, integrity, and the warm, practical way we support children in their real worlds.

Families come to Kids First through word of mouth, medical referrals, and longstanding relationships with local schools, preschools and community professionals. That trust matters to us.

We have also worked hard to build the kind of practice many clinicians hope to find: experienced, collaborative, well supported, and deeply committed to helping both children and clinicians thrive.

When you join Kids First, you’ll find:

  • access to evidence-based programmes and resources
  • your own therapy room and well-equipped clinic spaces
  • strong customer service and operational support
  • a salary-based role with bonus opportunities that recognise consistent contribution
  • Early Finish Friday each week
  • genuine opportunities to keep growing in confidence, skill and contribution

At Kids First, you’re a person first and a practitioner second.
We give you the time you need.
We respect the boundaries of your personal and professional worlds so that work stays at work.
