Wendy joined the Kids First team in 2021 after deciding to leave the high-pressure corporate world of advertising behind. 

In pursuit of a healthier balance between work and life, she told us she was searching for a role in ‘a business that serves the community in a valuable way focussing on children and families’.

It was a marriage made in heaven!

With warmth, maturity, and integrity that is apparent to everyone who meets her, Wendy brings extensive experience in administration, client care, and communication to her front-line role at Kids First.

Always keen to learn and accept a new challenge, Wendy’s attention to detail and keen eye for efficiency adds to the value she brings to her Kids First clients and colleagues.

Wendy is a talented artist, committed community volunteer and loyal Manly Sea Eagles supporter. Her role at Kids First gives her a ‘right outside the gate’ parking spot for home games at Brookvale Oval and so ours was a partnership that was meant to be.

  • Always has a project on the boil and keeps busy by painting beautiful northern beaches landscapes, digging in her veggie patch and collecting eggs from her chooks

  • Her daily joy is taking her beloved, gentle greyhound for a walk around the local headland.
