A long-standing and much-loved member of the Kids First team, Louise joined us in 2016 after a successful career as a travel agent.
Known to families and colleagues alike as ‘Lou’, she is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone or the welcoming face at the front desk. Her calm nature, caring approach, and deep knowledge of our systems and services help our practice run smoothly – even on the busiest days.
Louise is an active mum of two and brings a practical, family-first perspective to everything she does. She has a knack for helping people feel at ease, and her ability to juggle the many moving parts of a busy clinic is second to none.
Working closely with her Customer Service colleague Grace, Lou helps ensure that families feel supported, informed, and valued from the moment they reach out to us.
