When you join the Kids First team, you will …

Provide warm, responsive and evidence-based therapeutic support to children aged 2 to 16.
Work in partnership with families and educators to help children to overcome their communication challenges.
Collaborate with your Kids First colleagues – psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists and early intervention specialists – who are part of Kids First’s on-site multi-disciplinary team.
Get the chance to broaden and deepen your skills through daily contact with like-minded professionals who share your commitment and values.
Be part of our innovative service delivery program which includes individual interventions, evidence-based small group programs and valuable school holiday activities.

Days and hours …

This is a full-time role, however we are open to a 3-4 day a week position if this suits you best.

Opportunities to start with us part-time and increase to full-time in the future are available if this suits your personal circumstances right now.

What you’ll need to be successful …

Recognised degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
Current Working With Children Check
Eligibility to hold a Medicare provider Number
Permanent Australian residency
Ability to support kids and families outside school hours.
